Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller Identity & Contact
Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3627021-3
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Contact Email: jaywang9804@gmail.com
2. Data Processing & Storage Architecture
The Application is engineered to prioritize absolute data privacy. Because there is no registration or account system:
- Local Storage Only: Any configuration settings, application progress, or user-generated inputs are saved strictly within your device's isolated local sandbox storage (internal app memory).
- No Server Transmission: Your data never leaves your physical mobile device. We have no remote databases, cloud sync systems, or backend analytical platforms tracking your usage.
3. Third-Party App Store Telemetry
The application is distributed via Google Play. While the application itself doesn't collect data, Google Play Services may automatically compile anonymized, aggregated diagnostic metrics (such as installation metrics, device models, or runtime crash logs) to evaluate stability. This data is handled directly by Google in accordance with their privacy guidelines. You can view the Google Privacy Policy for more details.
4. Data Retention & Management
Because all information is kept exclusively on your local device, you retain total control over your data:
- Data Deletion: You can purge all application data instantly at any time by clearing the application's cache/storage through your Android device settings, or by simply uninstalling the application.
- Support Requests: If you send us a direct support email, that communication history is saved strictly to address your technical inquiry and is purged within 1 year.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a resident of the European Union, you maintain comprehensive legal control over your personal infrastructure. Since we do not possess access to your local on-device files, you can exercise your statutory rights directly:
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Handled seamlessly by you through uninstalling the app or wiping app data in your device settings.
- Right to Complain: You have the legal right to file an official complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu) via tietosuoja.fi if you have concerns regarding software distribution practices.
6. Adjustments to This Policy
We may adjust this local-first policy to reflect updates in operating system frameworks or distribution marketplace compliance regulations. Any updates become active immediately once the revised text is published inside the application marketplace listing or web link.
