• Account credentials (passwords are securely encrypted and managed by Supabase Auth)

B. Collaboration and Shared Data

Because our application supports collaboration between users, we collect information generated through your interactions, including:

• Content you choose to share or co-author with other users
• Your profile information (such as your display name or email address) when it is made visible to other users you invite or collaborate with
• Activity logs and edits transmitted in real-time to synchronize project states across collaborators

C. Application Data (Cloud Backup)

To prevent data loss, enable synchronization across your personal devices, and maintain up-to-date collaborative sessions, our app backs up your data to our secure cloud database infrastructure. This data includes:

• User-generated content, preferences, database states, and custom configurations
• Synchronization metadata and timeline tracking logs

D. Device and Technical Data

We automatically collect technical data during your use of the app, including:

• Device parameters (e.g., device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)

• Cloud Backup and Synchronization: To securely host your app data in the cloud, allowing you to restore it, sync it across devices, and seamlessly reflect collaborative edits made by other users.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures. All communications between the app, other users during collaboration, and our backend servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology. Your data is stored on secure cloud database systems provided by Supabase, utilizing strict data isolation protocols (such as Row Level Security) and encryption at rest using advanced industry standards.

Data Retention

We retain your registration information, personal backups, and shared collaborative content for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, your registration details and personal cloud backups will be permanently purged from our active systems within 30 days. Please note that text or content you contributed to an active, shared collaborative workspace may remain visible to your collaborators to ensure continuity of their shared projects, though your personal identifiers will be disconnected from that content.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data disclosure is strictly limited to the following contexts:

• With Other Users (Collaborators): Your display name, email address, and any content you explicitly share or contribute within a collaborative feature will be visible to the specific users with whom you are collaborating.
• Service Providers (Backend Infrastructure): We utilize Supabase, Inc. as our backend service provider to handle user authentication, cloud database storage, real-time collaboration protocols, and cloud file backups. Supabase handles your data strictly under confidentiality agreements and data processing addendums in accordance with privacy laws.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority to comply with legal obligations or safeguard public safety.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location (such as under the GDPR or CCPA), you possess specific rights regarding your personal data:

• Access and Export: You can request an export of your personal information and personal data backups.
• Correction: You can edit your registration details and display profile within the app settings.
• Data Deletion and Disassociation: You can initiate the deletion of your account at any time via the app configuration panels, which triggers the permanent purging of your personal cloud backups from our Supabase infrastructure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately from our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our collaboration features, backend storage mechanics, or legal requirements.
